We renovated our house 5 years ago installing over 20 new windows and doors and 5 years on they still look as good as new. Excellent installation, excellent price and friendly service.We had received another quote from a different double glazing supplier and had initially ruled double glazing out as an option as we though it was too expensive. By chance came across Nathan and his team at Thermaglaze and we were pleasantly surprised at how reasonable the costs were. All in all very happy and I cannot recommend more highly.

Making the decision to install double glazing was one of the best decisions we have made for our home. As it was a big investment, I did my research and had plenty of questions for double glazing companies. Climate Frame were the only company who satisfactorily answered all my questions and the only one who didn’t try and sell me double glazing!Their approach, was for their quality product to make the sale. It did for us and was also at a very competitive cost.From the start, Climate Frame customer service was great with superb communication, the installers did a great job with surprisingly little damage to existing paintwork/tiles and any minor issues were resolved in a timely manner.The new double glazing has improved the house inside and out, together with the energy savings it was certainly the right decision for us.Can’t thank Climate Frame enough, especially Ryan Baynes who was our Project Manager, and recommend Climate Frame to anyone looking for double glazing

Hi my name is Les my wife and I had Richard from North Shore double glazing install most of our windows 13 years ago , we have recently contacted Richard again as we have decided to have another metal door/ window replaced ,we have been very pleased with the workmanship and quality of the materials used , as after 13 years there has not been any discolouration or any problems with the windows .Richard was a very nice guy to get on with , listening and advising us all the way .We are from the UK our house there was fully double glazed ,so we new what we were looking for.

We had all our 30 yr old Jason windows replaced with PG double glazed windows last year and the installation was rushed and not fitted properly. Chivan came and fixed some of the gaps himself, but we have sweltered this summer and we wasted $35,000.

Had a piece of 3mm standard glass cut 775 X 155 and they charged me $35 Dick Turpins!. I went to another reputable company in Mandurah when needing my second piece of glass the same dimensions and they only charged me $8.80. Wont be going back to GT thats for sure!

I am renovating a house in Qld and wanted upvc double glazing. I'm originally from Ireland where these are standard. I couldn't find it locally, except at very inflated prices. A google search took me to Canon in Perth and I wrote to them asking, if they could supply me. Bipin was right back to me and guided me through the whole process. My windows are now in and they are just fantastic. Even the packaging of the windows for transport from Perth was impressive. I also used upvc cladding for my soffits and they really compliment the clean look of the windows. We had French Doors made for the front and fitted the retracting fly-screens which allow the windows to be unobstructed when the screens are not in use. When we were installing, Paresh from Canon helped with any questions we had by phone, even making short instructional videos for clarity. I can't say anything negative about Canon. They went above and beyond to get me what I wanted and they were very good value for money. I can't speak for the long term quality of the windows, but they seem great - similar quality to what I had in Ireland. Thanks guys.
