Excellent customer service

We have used Aview Windows a couple of times, the first couple of times the communication and workmanship were ok. However, on our last project, they seemed very keen on cutting corners using inferior products. The boss's son did the install on this job, and on numerous occasions we asked to have him return to site to rectify his works. Their response to come to site, was to come to site to steal items. The director of the company had absolutely no interest in coming to site to view the issues we had with his sons workmanship, and instead just asked to be paid in advance, even though the job was clearly not finished. In the end, we had to go to a different supplier to rectify all the works. Thanks goodness we did this, as on a window that weighed over 200kgs, there was only 1 screw holding the whole thing together. We do not recommend this company to anyone. They are currently only interested in getting paid as quickly as possible and moving on to their next job. We are more then happy to be contacted so we can show you proof of the terrible workmanship that was left on site. We are not surprised this company has ZERO reviews.
